We can add two more sounds to any 3 pickup guitar. Most importantly, they are sounds that you don’t have on your stock Strat. In addition, our switch will provide the same benefit on a 3 pick-up Nashville Telecaster. We simply add a switch.

Haywire option

The Haywire Seven Sound-Switching option, will activate your neck pickup either on or off.  As a result, Just a  simple on/off (SPST) switch anywhere you’d like will work. We can simply add it into the pick guard, body or anywhere that is accessible for you. We’ll add and install a small SPST toggle switch between your volume control and tone control.  If you’d like it somewhere else, no problem. Then, we’ll wire it as to the following diagram:

The concept behind this Switch mod

With the toggle switch between the volume and tone control there are two more choices available. In Haywire Custom Guitars Shop seven sound switch helps the 5 way switch is normally accesses-5 pickup tones. The concept behind this seven-sound switch mod is simple.

Seven Sound Switch modification

We add a switch that can activate the neck pickup when needed.  This means whenever you need the neck pickup you can add it in or out of the circuit anytime with the flick of the toggle switch.

The Seven Sound Switch is located conveniently between the tone and volume controls. This keeps it safe from being accidentally turned off when strumming.
