Which electric guitars have a wider neck?

Guitars with wider necks vary from company to company, store to store and as well can be ordered from custom guitar shops. At Haywire Custom Guitars we have lots of guitars pre-built and on-hand for adding, upgrading  and modifying with wider necks.  Most of our available stock can be found on Reverb in our store.

After reviewing the available stock instruments we have, players can then request a different neck by writing direct to our custom shop here: haywire@sccoast.net

Simply identify the guitar desired and ask for a wide neck substitution. The choices are 1-7/8″, 2″ and 2-1/8″ wide neck (at the string nut). There is usually a  one day turn-around. We will get the neck installed on the guitar of your choice, aligned, set-up, frets leveled, intoned, packed and shipped to your door. You’ll have the guitar you want with a wider neck.

Other choices include:

1)-A new custom shop guitar with your design features added such as what pick-ups you’d like, what weight is preferred, color etc. If we can do it we’ll let you know.

2)-Send in your guitar and a new neck of your choice can be added. We will return the guitar back to you as well as the old neck. It will be set up and Gig-Ready!
