Loose Guitar Pickups

Guitar pickups are simply microphones that “pick up” or “sense” the vibrations of the strings of your electric guitar. They convert the vibrations into sound that can be boosted with an amplifier. Many players are fooled into believing that they need new pickups. There is constant pressure on guitar players by the pickup manufacturers, guitar forums, peer pressure, improperly adjusted pickups, the wrong pickups in the wrong application, improperly wired pickups, poor supporting electronics such as a bad volume pot, incorrect electronics such as a poor application of the wrong capacitor in a circuit and many more reasons.
