A Large 1-7/8" Wide Nut Guitar can help cramped fingers. We build and modify guitars for all players but especially for players with extra large or extra small hands. For example our extra large fret boards for players range from 1-7/8″ wide at the nut to 2-1/8″ wide. For players with small hands we shave down necks. This guitar was modified with the addition of a 2″ wide neck.

We can re-fret your existing guitar neck, replace it, shave the neck to a smaller thickness and profile or substitute a wide nut guitar neck. There is no reason a guitar player shouldn't have the best guitar neck possible. The best neck for a guitar player is one that is comfortable, fast, easy to play and reaches all notes, soft feeling dressed frets that allow for comfort while playing all night long.
It is necessary to measure a guitar neck that you love so it's shape, profile and thickness feel can be duplicated and transferred to a neck that you would like to have shaved. Then you'll have the old familiar neck profile on your new guitar!
